Welcome to hostxbro.com, operated by Vexonix . By using our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and reliable environment for all our customers.
🚫 Strictly Prohibited Activities
Our hosting services are for legitimate web use only. The following will lead to immediate suspension without refund:
- ❌ Phishing, Fraudulent, or Clone Websites (Paytm, Amazon, etc.)
- ❌ Movies/MP3 Downloading or Streaming portals
- ❌ Adult/Pornographic Content
- ❌ Email Marketing & Bulk Spamming
- ❌ Pirated Software (Warez) or IRC Bots
1. Digital Service Delivery (Shipping)
All services provided by Host X Bro are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
- Hosting/Reseller: Credentials are sent to your registered email instantly (5-10 mins).
- VPS/Dedicated Servers: Provisioning takes between 2 to 12 hours depending on configuration.
- Licenses: cPanel/WHM licenses are activated within 5-10 mins.
2. Payment & Billing Compliance
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay/PhonePe. You agree to provide accurate billing info. Invoices are generated automatically and must be paid before the due date to avoid service interruption.
3. Uptime & Resource Usage
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. Shared/Reseller users must not exceed allocated CPU/RAM resources to maintain server stability for all users.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vexonix (Host X Bro) shall not be responsible for any data loss. We strongly recommend customers maintain their own off-site backups.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
