Refund & Cancellation Policy

At hostxbro.com (Vexonix ), we aim to provide the highest standard of IT infrastructure. Please read our refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller, and Alpha Reseller plans. If we encounter a technical issue on our server that we are unable to resolve within 72 hours, a full refund will be processed.
2. Non-Refundable Services (Strict)
Due to the nature of digital assets and third-party costs, the following are NOT eligible for any refund:
- Domain Registrations: Once a domain is booked, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Licenses: cPanel, WHM, Plesk, and other software licenses are activated instantly and are non-refundable.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers: These involve high-resource provisioning and setup costs.
- Setup Fees: Any one-time installation or server setup fees.
- Web Design Work: Once the design work has commenced or is completed.
3. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Client Area. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. For refund eligibility, a separate ticket must be raised to the billing department.
4. Refund Mode & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay/PhonePe/Bank Transfer) used at the time of purchase.
5. Abuse of Service
Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service (Spamming, Phishing, Copyright Content) are not eligible for any refund.
6. Contact Billing
For refund requests, email us at support@hostxbro.com with your Invoice ID and reason for cancellation.
